The cuisine at the Record Breaking Ranch Commercial Kitchen is a blend of almost 100 years of shared food and service experience. All the flavors are crafted with a genuine ranch feel in mind, and the recipes follow a “field to table” approach.

Trophies harvested from the grounds are used in every memorable RBR dining experience. Everything is made from scratch, and nothing is wasted. Comfort and deliciousness infuse every meal, as fresh and local ingredients take the spotlight in every dish.

Christine and Paul were both born and raised in South Jersey and have been in the hospitality industry their entire lives. They became the chefs of Record Breaking Ranch shortly after meeting Eric and Amy and have had their influence on every single flavor that hits the table. Every season, Christine and Paul prepare hundreds of meals, guaranteeing to make each meal a memorable one.

During the offseason, Christine and Paul spend their time traveling, collecting new ideas, and preparing for the upcoming season. They take pride in creating fun flavors and preparing everything from scratch to exceed expectations. Their love of life is evident in every meal they prepare, evoking a feeling of family and home.
