The cuisine at the Record Breaking Ranch Commercial Kitchen is a combination of nearly 100 years of shared food and service experience. All the flavors are created with a real “ranch feel” in mind and the recipes utilize a “field to table” approach.
Trophies harvested from the grounds are utilized in each memorable RBR dining experience. Everything is made from scratch… nothing is wasted. Comfort and deliciousness permeate every meal as fresh and local ingredients are the stars of every dish.

Christine and Paul were both born and raised in South Jersey and have been in the hospitality industry their entire lives. They became the chefs of Record Breaking Ranch shortly after meeting Eric and Amy and have had their influence on every single flavor that hits the table. Every season Christine and Paul prepare hundreds of meals guaranteeing to make each meal a memorable one.
In the offseason, Christine and Paul spend time traveling, collecting, and preparing new ideas for the upcoming season. Creating fun flavors and preparing everything from scratch is a part of their pride in exceeding expectations. Their love of life exudes a feeling of family and home in every single meal they prepare.
