Christine and Paul were both born and raised in South Jersey and have been in the hospitality industry their entire lives. They became the chefs of Record Breaking Ranch shortly after meeting Eric and Amy and have had their influence on every single flavor that hits the table. Every season, Christine and Paul prepare hundreds of meals, guaranteeing to make each meal a memorable one.
During the offseason, Christine and Paul spend their time traveling, collecting new ideas, and preparing for the upcoming season. They take pride in creating fun flavors and preparing everything from scratch to exceed expectations. Their love of life is evident in every meal they prepare, evoking a feeling of family and home.
